Getting started
Extract the ZIP, open the workbook and save a copy for your project. Read the User Guide and follow the reset instructions to clear example inputs without deleting formulas. Update your reporting date and review the Dashboard regularly.
Workflow and compatibility
Dates use calendar days. Currency is a label and does not convert amounts. Predecessor IDs are references only: the workbook does not automatically reschedule activities or calculate a critical path. Approved changes do not automatically update budgets or task dates.
No macros or live API connections are included. The workbook uses standard spreadsheet formulas; verify behavior in your spreadsheet application. Digital download only; no physical item is shipped.
